Description: The cells are about as long as wide and have a circular shape. The cell halves consist of three lobes. The lateral lobes are clearly separated. At the ends of the lateral lobes there are two outwards standing projections. Between the projections there is a concave area. The central cut is deep and peripherally strongly widened.

Dimension: Length (140)–150–200–(250) µm, width (120)–140–170–(210) µm, L/W (1.0)–1.1–1.2–(1.25).
