Second:	After a longer observation time, the chloroplasts react to the too intense light exposure and rotate perpendicular to the direction of the light.
Third:	Single cell showing the chloroplast with four pyrenoids and the cell nucleus.
Fourth:	Cells that had started the conjugation process with parasites (bright spheres).
