First:	Synoptic representation of the cell surface. Image taken with a stereo microscope with a high aperture objective.
Second:	Synoptic representation of the cell surface. The very fine granules on the cell wall become visible.
Third and fourth:	Two optical cross-sections showing cell wall granules and some chloroplast wings. In the 4th image, we see circular, luminous structures in the central upper part of the lower cell half, which represent spherical assimilate bodies with storage lipids called oleosomes.
Fifth:	Optical cross-section showing chloroplast wings and some pyrenoids.
Sixth:	Optical cross-section showing the nucleus with its central nucleolus and some pyrenoids.
