First:	The trophont begins to form a temporary ciliary girdle in order to leave its stalk when living conditions become unfavorable (probably cover glass print). DOF image.
Second:	Optical cross section, the worm-shaped nucleus, the contractile vacuoles and the buccal cavity are clearly recognizable.
